Recommend for lobster? Any age potential although 5 years and a bit does seem good already?
What did you have to eat with the Ladoix?
Tom, it would be a decent choice for lobster, but perhaps one showing a little more cream or butter would be preferred. Still showing freshness, and lovely drinking now, but it would be interesting to see what changes might take place with a few more years. Consumed with baked cod!
